Partnership

The NCEDA is partnering with Osmoflo to provide the world renowned David H. Paul Inc. (DHP) training. This advanced membrane water treatment training is now available in Australia, referring specifically to Australian water challenges. The training is provided at NCEDA’s world class Rockingham Desalination Research Facility where participants can have direct ‘hands on’ experience with a live RO desalination plant, as well as the ability to view research in progress. Small class sizes are facilitated by Paul Roginson, a David H. Paul accredited trainer from Osmoflo, who has over 20 years experience in the industry. NCEDA and Osmoflo staff will be on-hand to answer any challenging desalination questions.

Modules

The course consists of five modules each of one day in length. The first three modules are being offered from Tuesday 2 to Thursday 4 October, 2012. Modules 4 and 5 will be offered in 2013. Course modules cover operation, maintenance, monitoring and troubleshooting for seawater (SW) and brackish water (BW) reverse osmosis systems including content on water analysis, biofouling, micro-filtration and membrane bio-reactors.

Download the RODAO Training Brochure (2.1MB, PDF) for an outline of what is covered in each of the 5 modules.
